Install Reliability

Installs no longer freeze the app while copying large apps. Installing a second app now waits for the current install instead of interrupting it. Apps from ZIP archives keep their code signature and are checked by Gatekeeper. An existing app is only replaced once the new copy is ready. Poppy now picks the right app from disk images that include uninstallers or extras. Clearer messages when an app is running or can't be replaced. Cleanup problems after a successful install no longer show as a failed install. Improved app organization. Fixed bugs with Hide in Dock option. Improved hidden item handling.
